Get the key:
gpg --keyserver wwwkeys.eu.pgp.net --recv-keys 9A514E9F && apt-key add /root/.gnupg/pubring.gpg

First get:[recommended]
# apt-get install create-resources icc-profiles libgutenprint2 libgutenprintui2-1
# apt-get install cinepaint cinepaint-data libcinepaint0

If for some reason the repo wont work:
 dl a set of debs for your $ARCH: i386 or amd64 
into a directory, 
then,as root: dpkg -i *.deb
